Our CrossFIt S gym is a facility that is designed for athletic performance and improved
strength and conditioning. We train using the CrossFit principles and our programming
is a major part of why we are successful. We are not a regular large gym, CrossFit
gyms are different to your normal gym as we provide the highest quality coaching
for ALL our members as part of the service. We limit our memberships to ensure that
our delivery standards remain high.
Our facility and programming allows us to deliver training sessions to all fitness
levels and abilities. You will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit from Olympic lifting,
gymnastics, strength, strength endurance, speed, power, anaerobic threshold and
aerobic training to mobility and injury prevention to allow you to be a complete
athlete no matter what your fitness level or ability.
CROSSFIT S GYM TRAINING SESSIONS
We provide CrossFit classes that are conducted by specialist CrossFit coaches. These
classes are nothing like gym 'pump classes' or regular gym cardio classes. CrossFit
classes are 'coached' and 'programmed' to improve athlete performance and skill.
We program on 6 and 12-week blocks with a training purpose and outcome. Each week
our programming will improve your skill, strength and stamina towards your goals.
Our CrossFit classes follow a format below to ensure improvement and greater performance.
Warm up; specific to workout
Mobility; for correct position, range of motion and injury prevention
Skill / Strength work; for improved skills (Olympic lifting, gymnastics etc) or
WOD (workout of the day); for conditioning
Stretching; for recovery and soft tissues

COST OF GYM MEMBERSHIP
At CFS our gym is your gym, the CFS coaches are yours to use for advice, coaching
tips, suggestions and are there to help you achieve all your goals.
We understand that we are not as cheap as your normal 'globo gym'. This is because
we are in no way like a globo gym. We limit memberships and we focus on producing
results for every one of our members all while being part of an overall great community.
If you are after cheap we can recommend cheap places to for you to train.
Our gym is a facility that is open to you and you are free to use it at your leisure
when it is open to train and improve your athletic performance.
- $74 per/wk for unlimited CrossFit gym classes.
- We have an initial 6-wk minimum commitment and then your membership is a casual
one and you can put it on hold.
- We use a direct debit system
- Casual rates are $250 for a 10 pass to be used at your leisure.
- Drop in rates are $30 per visit
At CFS we provide an extensive Personal Training program. We work closely with you
to set performance and athletic goals, work to a structured plan, assess and reassess
to ensure progress. Education is a major part of CFS and we will consistently provide
you with resources to ensure you are learning about how to achieve and maintain
your best results possible.
Each week you will work with your coach on your nutrition to educate you and to
improve your nutrition so that it supports your goals and you understand what works

Working with your coach 1-on-1 is $90 per session.
What are the next steps?
Our method is to talk to you to find out your goals, experience, skill set and what
style of trainer you are looking for. We will then match a trainer to your needs.
Once you have been matched with a trainer you and your trainer will sit down and
work out your goals, plan, measurements and assessment to determine our starting

Experience…We have simply trained hundreds of clients from all levels and abilities
for over 9 years. We have the proven results and outcomes for our clients time and
I grew up in country
NSW where sport was not just a thing you did it was mandatory. I played pretty much
every team sport there is from around 5 to about 25 years of age when I called it
quits and retired from team sports.
Having been around teams and sports all my life I decided that I needed to still
be around people and teams so followed my passion and became a trainer. Having worked
in the industry for over 8 years I have completed many courses from Olympic lifting,
gymnastics, CrossFit level 1, CrossFit Football, CrossFIt Mobility, ASCA Level 1
strength and conditioning, speed and power courses and all the normal PT registrations.
I continually participate in new courses and look for ways to improve my clients
I believe in trying lots of training styles and picking out the best parts of each
style to put together great programming and coaching. Knowledge and education are
the essential keys to my clients and my training, understanding where you are, where
you are going and how you are getting there achieves the greatest results.
My strengths are in lifting, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. My weaknesses are
trying to overcome injuries from my football days to ensure that I can be a good
Crossfitter across the board. I constantly work on my weaknesses and encourage all
my clients to do the same.
Growing up an active kid in New Zealand, I spent most of my childhood on the basketball
court. Before moving to Australia I studied Exercise Science and continued this
training and education in Australia; completing my Certificate III & IV, Group Instructor
Certificate, Sports Power Coach Certificate 1, Punch Pad Instructor and CrossFit
Level 1 course.
Since my inception into the fitness industry in Australia in 2009, I have been passionate
about pursuing my training goals and delivering clients an exceptional level of
care and understanding of human movement. I have a real passion and respect for
the CrossFit methodology and specialise in both boxing and strength and conditioning
When not training, you will find me enjoying time with my family and friends in
the outdoors. Coogee Beach, the National Park and culturally rich overseas destinations
are some of my favourite places to be.

Fitness has been a big part of my life for the past 11 years. I have been working
in the fitness industry for the past 7 years as a group and one on one trainer.
I love every day of my fantastic job.
I enjoy training many different people each day, for a variety of goals and love
spending my days being outdoors & active, although some winter mornings are a bit
I have completed Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness Training as well as specialty courses
in pre & post natal, group exercise, Australian strength & conditioning coach, Crossfit
Level 1 trainer and most recently Crossfit Endurance.
I love following the crossfit Endurance programing, which has helped me with both
my running and strength, my favorite type of training is strength and I don't mind
the odd session at coogee stairs.
My weaknesses would have to be chin ups, but what I lack in upper body strength,
I make up for in lower body.
